A(IHSI)RT & bullsh*t

I'm Trishia.
Someone once told me I'd be surprised with how fast life can change in just 10 minutes; I'd like to point out how fast life can change in just 1. This blog is here to keep track of my minutes. Its a collection of constants, changes and everything in between. What I do, what I love and all that good stuff. Maybe one day it'll teach me something about myself, maybe it won't — either way, its here. :)

Beer and Bridesmaids

No photo tonight — i’m strictly sketchbook and pencil (and grid and tracing paper) tonight. Currently trying to figure out the PERF ring to make for my wonderful metals class whilst i sip on some New Belgium Ranger beer, watch the unrated version of Bridesmaids and listen to some instrumentals that bring me back, but keep me inspired (ratatat and some old school jazz are in the mix tonight).

Also working on getting some of my freelance things started up so i dont get too far behind. <3

I believe in creativity of every kind.

A friend of mine, Claire Sargenti of New Bridges Ballet - also known as the Metal Ballerina (side note: she’s kind of doing some amazing things - check it out) - recently asked me for a favor and of course with it being such a simple favor, why would I say no? What she needs are votes for her painting on talenthouse.com. She’s painted a picture of an inspiration to her. A reason why she dances and does what she does. So I followed that link (which is the same as this link) and voted for her, and now I’m asking you to do the same! :)

oh &here’s her input:

As a professional ballet dancer, Paul McCartney’s music inspires me to dance. The pattern on the background is similar to the pattern on the piano he used this year in the “On The Run” concert. When Paul played “Hey Jude” on that piano with all of Yankee Stadium singing along, I experienced one of the most magical moments of my life. He inspires the world to dance.

Now go VOTE!

XOXO

CHRISTmas fest was good :)
PAC &KPE put on their annual “pasko sa aming bayan” on saturday which consisted of live art, a group art show, vendors, food &live performances.

Had our very first official Garage Sesh w Vince Friday day-night consisting of music, paint, chicken &booze. by far one of my favorite days of the semester. Then Saturday, set up early in the morning and stayed throughout the day. showed a few pieces, but mainly was there to do some live art so that was fun - sold it to Kris Naides that night. ..preeeeetty dopes. now on with the show! FINALS next week and i got a lot of design projects to catch up on
